Full Service Design
Our Full Service Design allows us to plan and manage all aspects of your project from start to finish. When you like the attention to detail and style of design you see in our portfolio, this service is for you.
Our Easy 7 Step Process is divided into 4 phases:
1. Discovery Phase (Includes a Discovery Call & In-home Consultation)
This phase starts with a Complimentary Discovery call to learn about your project and answer questions. Then an in-home meeting is scheduled to dive deeper into your needs and wants for your space, define project scope, discuss preliminary concepts and ideas, style preferences, investment goals, and establish a timeline. After this meeting, we will have the necessary information to provide you a flat design fee to execute your project.
2. Design Phase (3-5 weeks which is determined by the project complexity)
During this phase, subcontractor bids are obtained if needed. All hard and soft materials such as flooring, cabinets, furniture, draperies will be selected and presented to you for approval, along with detailed elevations, mood boards, and floor plans so you can visualize your space.
3. Project Execution Phase (6-12 weeks)
Enjoy a stress-free project! We will collaborate with craftspeople & contractors to make sure the design is executed correctly. And when unforeseen design dilemmas come up, we help solve these issues as well. We order, track, and receive all your furnishings and hold until your Big Reveal Day.
4. Installation & Styling Phase for Your Big Reveal Day
Once all subcontractors have completed their work, we bring in our white glove delivery service and install all your furniture and accessories. This is by far clients most favorite phase as this completely brings their space to life! Everything is done…you finally get to sit back, relax, and enjoy your beautiful home!
