Design Process
1. Discovery Phase (Includes a Discovery Call & In-home Consultation)
This phase starts with a Complimentary Discovery Call to learn about your project and answer questions. Then an in-home meeting is scheduled to dive deeper into your needs and wants for your space, define project scope, discuss preliminary concepts and ideas, style preferences, investment goals, and establish a timeline. After this meeting, we will have the necessary information to provide you with a flat design fee to execute your project.
2. Design Phase (takes approx. 3-5 weeks which is determined by the project complexity)
During this phase, subcontractor bids are obtained if needed. All hard and soft materials will be selected and presented to you for approval, along with detailed elevations, mood boards, and floor plans so you can visualize your space.
